APPOINTMENTS : Sessions last 50 minutes. Initial couple's and group sessions are 75 minutes. I will typically recommend meeting once a week, although more or less frequency may be deemed optimal. Attending regularly, as well as starting and ending on time are considered vital to the treatment process, therefore please consider your appointment time a priority. Baring an emergency, you will be expected to pay for missed appointments unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation.

If required, I will coordinate your treatment with a qualified psychopharmacologist.

COMMUNICATIONS : I may not be immediately available by telephone. However, I will make every effort to return your call within 24 hours. In emergencies, contact your primary care physician or go directly to the nearest hospital’s emergency room. If I will be unavailable for an extended period of time, I will provide you with the contact information for a colleague.
You may also communicate with me via e-mail, which I check daily. Keep in mind that e-mail is vulnerable to unauthorized access, and therefore I recommend keeping transmission of personal information to a minimum.

PROFESSIONAL FEES :
Individual $ 110.00
Couple $ 140.00
Group $ 50.00
Cash, check, or credit card payment will be collected at the end of each session, payable to: DISTRICT THERAPY, PLLC.
INSURANCE : Please check with your insurance company regarding coverage for outpatient psychotherapy services and the percentage of reimbursement for an out of network provider, including any deductible amount.
Upon request, I will provide you with a statement of services to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
